Join us for our annual retreat in the Colorado mountains. This will be our second year at the Sanctuary of the Inner Compass on the beautiful EVERLAND property, one hour south of Denver in Sedalia. Let’s connect for a weekend of community, ceremony, nature and self-restoration. We will integrate Forrest yoga, sound healing, sauna, cold plunge, healthy food, hiking and adventures in nature; all on beautifully curated property with land art and experiential outdoor recreation. Alongside Keri Bergeron, who will support with hands-on assists, Cheryl will guide us through A Sacred Journey in Nature to reconnect us with each other, our bodies, spirits and the beauty that surrounds us.
