The Samadhi Yoga Teacher Training and Living Yoga Immersion programs are two separate programs that are for those who are committed to uncovering truth and devoted to working to better the world we live in through yoga. Unraveling the Mysteries of your Hips, Neck and Shoulders | June 7th, 2:00 - 4:30pm

Exploring your personal mysteries can be challenging, but the rewards are great. Through focused breath work and asana we will learn how to work with these blocks and patterns to free up space for prana to flow. Come discover how movement feels with greater ease and comfort as you walk through your life with freedom and grace.

One Module of the Year Long 500 Hour Samadhi Yoga Teacher Training (You can begin at any time with any Module or Elective) 

  • Embody Samadhi, our 500hr Yoga Teacher Training in Denver consists of  300 hours of in-depth study and experience. (150hrs of Core Modules (5) and 150 of  Course Electives).   To ensure that you are ready, please have a solid yoga practice history, and at least a 200 hour Yoga Alliance certification, that would allow you to skillfully incorporate the following into your practice and teaching:
  • Advanced asana and pranayama
  • Advanced adjustments and hands on healing
  • Deeper philosophical questions and understandings
  •  A committed meditation practice on and off the cushion/mat
  •  Broader understanding of anatomical structure and movement principles
  •  Recognition and incorporation of key ayurvedic principles into living and teaching
  •  A willingness to peel off layers of false identification
  •  A commitment to being coachable, vulnerable, truthful, and authentic
  •  A readiness to experience and share more joy, gratitude, and happiness in the world
  •  An excitement about deepening your sense of dharma as service
  •  A readiness to share and hone your sense of humor
  •  An understanding of energetic principles that will help you skillfully design your personal practice (and others’)
  • A way of practicing yoga that embodies the heart of the ancient tradition

Cheryl is teaching the following module of the training:

Embodied Truth Module

This module is designed to help you find your authentic voice and method as a yoga teacher and to further develop your healing and teaching skills. Trainees will be teaching more advanced yoga postures and sequencing, and learning how to apply these practices to students of all levels and range of injuries. The yoga intensives are taught in a way that leads to deeper knowledge of yourself and how to create more freedom by connecting to the power of truth, compassion and healing. The training will include chanting, meditation, pranayama, three-hour advanced yoga practice that includes learning hands-on assists, sequencing, teaching to all levels, healing and connecting to spirit through ceremonial truth speaking.

Forrest Yoga Continuing Education for Teachers



This 3-day course is designed for teachers aspiring to improve their teaching and personal practice. It is for those who are ready to move deeper within themselves through exploration of the rich tapestry of Forrest Yoga. The aim of the training is to make you a more skillful, passionate, intelligent and authentic teacher, so you are better equipped to deal with whatever challenges you and your students may face. You will be coached to teach from who you are, learn to work with injuries, and skillfully work with hands-on assisting. Through daily meditation, intensives and group instruction, trainees begin to discover the voice of their own Spirit, which leads to a truly authentic life path.
